More than 28 years in automotive industry working for Chrysler, Mercedes Benz-Daimler AG and General Motors as Controls Engineering and Automotive Electronics Test Engineer (Electronics Vehicle Dynamics).

Expertise in accident reconstruction CDR-Vetronix systems for GM vehicles, vehicle dynamics (coolant systems, electrical architecture systems, automotive electronics embedded systems, stress and strain analysis and instrumentation).

Experience in vehicular communications like OBD II, GM LAN, J1939, J1587, J1708, KW2000, CAN-BUS protocols, design and troubleshooting to solve problems in laboratory or in the field.

Expertise in Noise and Vibration Analysis (NVH) using FFT instrumentation to predict when a mechanical system will endure and rupture comparing virtual analysis (Finite Element Analysis vs Strain Gage Sensors Instrumentation and 3 axis accelerometers).

Expertise in the design of Printed Circuit Boards mainly focused for automotive industry and control engineering, strong experience in electronics troubleshooting and reverse electronics engineering (more than 25 years).

Expertise in the design and operation of automation projects from layout, machinery installation, commissioning, and delivery to the final customer of an automated production line using industrial robots, programmable logic controllers, industrial networks, human machine interfaces and data logging and SCADA systems.

Expertise in Virtual Instrumentation Design using LabView and Mathlab to design instrumentation according to the customer’s requirements (automotive, textile, chemical, electronics, meals and beverages industries), “THE SOFTWARE IS THE INSTRUMENT”.

Expertise in Microcontrollers and Microprocessor Programming Languages, and programming KUKA Robotics, FANUC Robotics, ASEA Robotics and other robotics brands.

Expertise in programming and debugging PLC software for Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, Siemens S7, Omron, Mitsubishi (Melsec Series), Turck programmable logic controllers.

Expertise in Industrial Networks design like: industrial Ethernet (cabling and wireless), Profibus, Modbus, DeviceNet, HART, DH+, ControlNet.
